Referral Programme Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Empire eLearning Referral Programme ("Programme") operated by Empire Cybersecurity LLC ("Empire", "we", "us", or "our"). By participating in this Programme, you ("Referrer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Programme is the entry-level referral tier available to all active Empire eLearning Premium subscribers. It allows subscribers to earn account credits by referring new customers to the Empire eLearning platform.

3.1 Referrer Eligibility

To participate as a Referrer, you must:

• Be an active Empire eLearning Premium subscriber in good standing
• Have accepted these Terms and Conditions
• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Not be an Empire employee, contractor, or affiliate

3.2 Referee Eligibility

For a referral to qualify, the Referee must:

• Be a new customer who has never previously held an Empire eLearning account
• Sign up using a valid Referral Link
• Complete their first paid subscription invoice (Qualifying Purchase)
• Not be the same person as the Referrer or share financial accounts with the Referrer

4. Programme Rewards

4.1 Referee Reward

New customers who sign up using a valid Referral Link and complete their first paid Premium subscription payment (Qualifying Purchase) will receive a credit equal to one (1) full month of Empire eLearning Premium, applied automatically to their second invoice.

4.2 Referrer Reward

Upon a successful Qualifying Purchase by the Referee, the Referrer will receive a credit equal to 25% of the standard monthly subscription price in their billing currency:

Referral Credits will be applied to the Referrer's account thirty (30) days after the Referee's Qualifying Purchase. This waiting period protects against fraudulent referrals and chargebacks.

4.4 Credit Usage

Referral Credits:

• Are applied automatically to reduce the Referrer's next subscription invoice
• May accumulate across multiple successful referrals with no annual cap
• Expire twelve (12) months from the date of issuance if unused
• Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
• Are non-transferable and tied to the Referrer's account

5. Programme Rules

5.1 Permitted Activities

Referrers may share their Referral Link through:

• Personal social media accounts
• Direct messages to friends and colleagues
• Personal blogs or websites
• Professional networks and communities where sharing is appropriate

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification from the Programme:

• Self-referrals or referring accounts you control
• Creating fake or duplicate accounts to receive referral rewards
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any form of mass distribution
• Paid advertising using Empire's trademarks or brand names without authorisation
• Misleading claims about Empire's products, services, or referral rewards
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

6. Fraud Prevention

Empire employs automated and manual fraud detection measures. We reserve the right to investigate any referral activity and may withhold, revoke, or clawback Referral Credits if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the referral was obtained through fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive means.

7. Tracking and Visibility

You can access your unique Referral Link and track your referral activity through your Empire eLearning account dashboard. The dashboard displays the number of referrals made, pending qualifications, credits earned, and credits used.

8. Modifications and Termination

Empire reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme, or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice. We may also change these Terms at our discretion. Continued participation in the Programme after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Any credits earned prior to termination will remain valid according to their original expiration dates.

Your participation in the Programme is subject to Empire's Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to our collection and use of information as described therein. You may not collect or share personal information of Referees without their explicit consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States.
